Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids e475 are composed of polyglycerol fatty acid esters, and a high-quality non-ionic surfactant is synthesized, which has the dual characteristics of hydrophilicity and lipid. It is light yellow to claybank liquid or solid, tasteless, dispersible or soluble in water, soluble in ethanol and hot oil. Its HLB value is 1 to 16, acid resistance and high temperature resistance, good hydrolysis resistance, and strong emulsification properties. It is safe and non-toxic, and can be widely used in food, daily chemical and textile industries.

Usage:

1. Directly mix it with soluble powder (such as sucrose, flour, etc.), add a dispersing or dissolving solvent;

 

2. You can also mix this product with an appropriate amount of water or oil, add the required water or oil, and heat to 60-80°C to disperse or dissolve. The recommended amount is as follows: 0.1% 2.0%
