Introduction

Propylene Glycol Fatty Acids Ester(PGMS)4011 is produced by esterification of propylene glycerol with vegetable-based fatty acids.

The type of fatty acids and polyglycerol used and the degree of esterification determine the functionality of each DAHE® PGMS product.

 

Application

Fine bakery, propolis, margarines, topping powder etc.

 

Function

1. Fine bakery: Improve cake batter performance, crumb structure and cake volume

2. Propolis: Form a uniform dispersion solution

Avoid wall hanging phenomenon

3. Margarines: Improve whipping properties and plasticity

Reduce spattering

4. Topping powder: Increase overrun and foam stiffness

Shorter whipping time
