Mono and Diglycerides 4011 is one kind of mono diglycerides made from edible, fully hydrogenated palm based oil.
No-dairy cream and creamer, margarine, coffee whiteners, pasta products, potato products, caramels and toffees, whipping gels, and peanut butter.
Used in no-dairy cream, to realized a good plasticity
Bread: improves crumb softness, provides a fine and uniform crumb structure, reduces stailing rate
Cake margarine: promotes uniform crumb structure and bigger volume in cakes
Whipping gels: makes the use of all-in procedure possible
Peanut butter: provides creamy texture, high filling temperature, short set time and good oil holding capacity, ensure an even mixture and prevent the separation between oil and water
